How can I update my Jailbroken Ipod Touch to 3.1.3 without losing anything?

I have an iPod touch 2G one of the MB models. I want to update the iPod to 3.1.3 but I dont wont to lose any packages i have installed from Cydia.

Use Blackra1n.com to jailbreak it. If you do so, you can upgrade it. If not, you will lose your jailbreak. I suggest that you don”t update at all, though. The 3.1.3 firmware has very little to offer and is basically the same as 3.1.2.
